“There was no other customers when I went around 4:00/4:30 pm on a Wednesday. The young man was super helpful and nice but the middle aged lady was rude and acted like me using some of their tape was coming directly out of her paycheck or something. The building was really clean and the small parking lot was nice enough considering the location. Also, I only had a photo of my shipping label and the young man just had me email him a copy and he was able to print it off and taped it to my package for me.”

“I use fedex about once a week to every two weeks for school and work. This location however is the worst I've ever been to. One of the women at the counter ignored us for 20 minutes. It just doesn't look good to ignore brown people in a predominantly white state. She also charged me $7 to print out one piece of paper. I paid for it but she turned me away from the area. We eat out a lot and collect toys. But because of this lady our business is going online instead of the town. Otherwise I'd already have dropped by that heebeegeebeez.”

“The staff at the counter are very helpful. Lynette, Sheryl, Enrique and Rosemary are all fantastic and so patient. I also have dealt with Ellie and Nicole, also terrific. 5 Stars for them. But I must comment that our actual mail delivery is a nightmare. Jorge is a real piece of work,lazy as a sloth. He doesn't want to get out of his vehicle EVER! AND LEAVES A NOTE in my box to pick up packages at the post office if they don't fit in my box. I've taken his notes in to show staff, but he's apparently Union so he can be a jerk. So I know the other staff because his lazy and careless delivery cause me to go get my mail so often.”
