The woman at the counter this morning is a useless idiot. She does not understand federal law, nor UPS policy regarding individual shipping firearms to license firearm dealers. She is either making policy up or going upon bad information that she has received from someone else.

Claimed they can't print UPS prepaid labels. What kind of UPS store can't do that?
