I need to have a motor replaced in a vehicle, and needed advice. Mike took the time to talk to me and give me that advice, even though I wasn’t going to be working with them on the work I need done. (My vehicle is in Ogden) But, when someone is willing to take the time and talk to you and give you advice, even though you’re not going to be working with them on the project you’re doing… that tells you a lot about them. “I gotta say that these guys are awesome it was a very difficult task that I was dealing with in looking for a single dinn dash kit I needed for my vehicle and let me say surprisingly almost around the salt lake valley didn’t have what I specifically needed but these guys did. And the reason why I’m writing this review is because he went out of his way to make sure I was getting the right part like sending me a picture of the part because I was taking a trip there that was at least 1 hour drive and todays weather was very horrible. Snow and rain, and just them having the understanding on the issues that were laid out, they made it very easy and non difficult and also very good customer service for me to make my decision. Thank you very much! Now I’m able install my stereo that I’ve been wanting to do for awhile. Very happy customer.”
“Fantastic Shop! Melvin and his son have a wonderful shop. I just bought my first Mercedes and was looking for a friendly and reliable shop. When I brought my car to the shop to ask a couple of questions they said "Let's just throw it up on the lift and take a look". It was easy to see that both of them are passionate about Mercedes and doing quality work. They walked me through all the points I should be paying attention to on my car i,e,. known issues. Right away the son noticed that the transmission mount needed replacement. He asked if I was feeling a vibration when shifting I said "Yes". I assumed it was the flex disc(s) but it wasn't. The flex discs are significantly more money to replace and I'm happy they found the correct (and less expensive) fix. Today I brought my car back and they efficiently and at a fair price replaced the transmission mount. There is no more vibration in my drive and the car is driving so smooth! The son could tell I was pretty passionate about cars and he asked "Do you want to see my personal project car?" I was so stoked to see (see image in this post) how he cleaned and painted the intake and transmission for his personal project car. It shows me how much he genuinely cares about the cars. Totally stoked to have such a great shop near me. 5 star rating!”

“Game changers. My Macan S was knocking when accelerating, started a while back and kept getting worse until it became very noticeable so I took it to a different european auto shop to get diagnosed. After paying a hefty sum for a diagnosis, the shop still couldn't figure it out. Enter Morris Brothers. Went in and chatted with Alex and he was very gracious with his time, answers, and explanations. The tech took the car out for a drive, had a theory within 10 min, and a confirmed diagnosis within 30 min, and a fix shortly thereafter. I am extremely grateful for them taking the time and energy and effort into finding the problem and fixing it. That car was no fun to drive with the issue, and with the fix, it feels like I just got a brand new one ? it's a team effort and a passionate effort over there, I will be going to Morris Brothers for all my future needs.”
“Had a great experience today with Les Schwab. They have extremely kind people working here! I needed a tire replaced and they covered the cost of a putting on a used tire completely! I am astounded and so thankful. I have felt wary whenever I have car troubles of being overcharged or having issues fixed that aren’t necessary and today Les Schwab proved to me that that is not how they operate. I am a new customer and will continue coming here for any tire/car needs that are within their wheelhouse.”

“So here’s the truth about this place and my experience. I have an Audi a3 tdi. Particulate filter and check engine light came on. Took it to my old mechanic down town. They said they don’t do them and go to the dealer. Took it to Audi Lehi they said $4000??? Called these guys and Mike ran me through a bunch of scenarios, most importantly has anyone confirmed it’s the filter or are they just going off the check engine light. This was the only business to ask this and was the only group to walk me through multiple answers based on their experience with tdi.. Turned out it didn’t need to be replaced and saved me a TON of money. They have earned my trust and loyalty based on this experience. Hope they can earn yours too.”

“Tom and and TW team are exceptionally honest and an incredible asset to our community. If you are in the market for a used vehicle I highly recommend you check them out. They purchase a brunt of their inventory as trade-ins from local big brands like Mark Miller Subaru (as opposed to auctions) and take their time to ensure the vehicles are up to snuff before letting them go out the door. I am a nervous buyer whenever it comes time to spend more than a few hundred bucks and neurotically spent months looking for the right vehicle until finally stumbling upon this shop-- and am glad I did.
In my case, they got me into a 2013 BMW X1 that literally drove like a brand new car off the lot. However-- and here's the kicker-- I bought the car in February and none of us realized the AC wasn't operational (it heated just fine). No problem! I went back to them (6 months after buying the car) and they worked with me to get it fixed. I felt valued as a customer and as a person. You can not go wrong with these guys.”
“These guys are honest, affordable, answer every phone call and come highly recommended. I was referred to them by Discount Tire when my tires burst and control arms or rod-somethings broke on my Tesla when I scraped a curb bump-out in my neighborhood. The tow company dropped it off to Scott and his team and they communicated with me the whole time. I’d never been there prior but from the looks of the building from Google reviews, the neighborhood is actually really nice which is why I took a pic of the fire station across the street.”
