Picked it up and it had to be jumped, drove down the street to get groceries and came out to leave, car was completely dead again. Chad sent his guy to jump us again and stayed in contact making absolute share we were good after driving for another 30 minutes..... I can't think of another shop in the valley that would be this good to it's customers!”

“My girlfriend lost her valve stem last night, so I had her tow her vehicle to the Walmart next to my apartment. Came in this morning and Carson was my auto care specialist. Without any question, he drew me up a very reasonable quote to replace the tire if needed, but he was able to replace the valve stem the correct way to make this a $3 repair. After my month of weird luck, I really needed a smooth morning like this. Carson, thank you so much for making this such a simple fix represent what ideal customer service is.
