I received excellent customer service today and it didn't involve FedEx but the gal helped with my nonsense and confusion involving a random company. I really appreciated her, she was above and beyond. Of course I'll be back again.

I always use them to print things in bulk for my business. They are absolutely amazing, they always have it done before the time frame and call me to let me know.
