“Restored my faith in humanity. I won't get into the complex details of my case, but it involved three trips to this store in ONE day for the SAME package. Every time I went the store was very busy (holiday season). But the employees were always so incredibly polite and patient. Even with a line out the door they took their time with each customer. I was so overwhelmed by my situation, but it was handled with such care and empathy, which honestly surprised me because I was definitely in the wrong, but they worked with me. I wish I remember the names of the other employees who helped me (one I know was working a 10+ hour shift because I first went in at 8:45am and he was still there on my last trip at 6:45pm), but at the end of the night Bennett really came through for me.Thank you all so much for remembering we're all just humans trying to figure it out. I will be coming back!”

“I have recently been going here to do some online returns. It normally is pretty smooth. The last two times I've had to unpackage my box and they count it before re-packaging and sending it. I thought that was kind of weird? And it takes a lot more time...i just like to go in and out! But it is nice that they are able to process and send returns.”
