If you’re going to get a travel trailer this is the place to go. Kodiak was awesome to work with and the whole crew at Castle Country RV are just great overall people that go above and beyond!

This company and Haugen RV as a whole should never be trusted or used as a place of meaningful employment or a place to conduct business. They are horrible at everything and treat everyone horribly. They will lie to and cheat all of their employees every single day and an employee I witnessed this and much much worse while I worked here my painting experience and knowledge was abused and used but I was never paid properly for it the company wasn't even suppose to be painting because of our terrible facility/shop big enough to fit one trailer at a time shared by 8-10 techs..... The general manager was the worst he lied and cheated everyone so badly and he personally hit one of my vehicles and damaged it with his own and never paid for it one bit and because of him lying and cheating me on every single check the last 4 months of my employment there that I knew of through talking to the managers and other employees. My last paint job repair I finished was huge 100hours rebuilding and painting a artic fox backpack they hendered the entire job from the get go held it back for months and months then forced me to hurry and do the job last minute in 2weeks after making the customer wait almost 6months for any update and was told if I didn't do it I would be fired..... Another employee the lot tech backed a trailer into one of my other personal vehicles they never paid for that one either..... This place is unbelievable..... The way they treat their own and waste money in the company on stupid stuff trying to resell to make more money right before the end of the year instead of giving better wages or working conditions for their employees... Don't trust them don't go here and give them one more bloody penny or the cycle will continue. So happy now I am free of them and not being taken advantage of anymore.

I went there to purchase a part for my trailer's AC. When I walked in the front door none of the salesmen greeted me, only stared until I asked for the parts department. Two of the salesmen, might I add, were smoking weed at their desks. The place reeks of it. When I got to the parts counter the people were kind but I waited for an hour while they tried to figure out why the part I needed wasn't in their system. During that waiting period, almost every employee who walked by was hitting their vapes. One girl even sat down at her desk, repeatedly hit her vape, and was openly scrolling on TikTok.
It really shows how good the management and ownership is when all the employees act and dress so un-accordingly.
Overall this place is dirty and unprofessional. I was not satisfied with my experience and hope to never return again.

The most amazing group of people to work with. Truly professionals in every department. Especially high praises for Magnus and Mark making our experience the most enjoyable purchase of our new RV. Thanks also to everyone else we spoke too from parts to the mechanics putting on the hitch, I can’t say enough about the entire team. Truly believe this team deserves 10 stars, again thanks to the entire team!

Follow up still no call back I have left multiple voice mails since leaving review. Worst company to ever deal with.
We purchased a brand new 2024 camper from them. When we initially agreed to purchase they quoted the amount we needed to do for a down payment. Yet when we arrived the following Saturday they informed us that they has miss quoted and we would owe over $4000 more than initally told. We purchased all the extended warranties that they assured us would cover everything, including mobile repair service. Within the first week we lost all power on the entire right side of the camper. We left multiple voice mails and never received a call back. After multiple calls we finally connected with Adam who said that they do not offer those type of warranties. When we told Adam hitch to bumper he told us "oh we fire a that guy". They have refused to honor the warranties that we purchased. The mobile repair that they said they had at time of purchase included no restrictions. However, now they say it only cover a max of $250 per service, yet the mobile service costs well over $500 to have the issue evaluated. We are now 2 months from purchase and still have now power on the entire right side of the camper. Everything they told us at time of purchase was only to line their pockets. We have had to do our own trouble shooting and out of pocket cost. Castle country basically stole thounds of dollars in a snake oil sale. They know how to contact me to resolve this issue and yet they flat out refuse to stand by the service they sold.

Kodiak was great to work with. I was eorkimg with 2 separate companies to try and get the trailer we wanted at a specific time. The other company salesman was very pushy and constantly tried to talk trash about Castle Country.
We had a couple hickups with transport from the manufacturer, not CC RVs fault, and Kodiak kept in touch the whole time.
Lastly, when the unit came in, our equalizer hitch was missing a part and the team found one and put it on without charging us a dime.

We purchased a Rockwood Signature trailer. We had refrigerator problems that they took care of on warranty. When we needed additional work they closed their shop to do new trailer prep only. Our major complaint was we purchased a weigh safe hitch which they installed incorrectly resulting in our having a sway problem. Upon reading the installation instructions it was obvious they set it up wrong. The “trailer” familiarization briefing the employee didn’t know our trailer at all so it was worthless. Our first trip the spare tire started to drop but fortunately we had stopped before disaster. They failed to tighten. It has been fine since I tightened. If you are technically competent then you can get by with these guys. We do love our Rockwood

Updating as time goes on****
5 star to Kodiak our salesman
Made sure we had what we needed. easy to talk to. Not your typical salesman that makes you want to leave and not show up in the first place.
4 star to castle country
Had a couple issues with our new trailer that made it take longer before we could leave and take it home. But, they did fix the known issues before I left. I used to do detailing so i think the exterior detail could have been better. They are taking care of other issues under warranty I found after I got home.
Update* 7-9-2024- down graded hard for the warranty work and just the pain in getting my camper up to the fact I bought it “new.” to much to write was wrong with it. The “fix’s” weren’t up to par with it being new. For instance, the door was rubbing on the top corner making it hard to close the door. The fix, they hammered it to were the door would pass it and the trim now has a gap for water to get into to. Not to mention it looks very bad. The door still had an issue with closing when I came to pick it up. Tech said there’s nothing they could do because the stairs were in the way. So I had him show me what he meant to which I found what it was catching on. I guess it was something for shipping from the factory which he then removed and the door closes now. It was supposed to come with all 4 off-road (aggressive) tires and hub covers. It has 2 different types of tires on it and no hub covers on the back ones. I did ask about it when I was picking it up for the first time they said that’s how it was supposed to be and a story as to why, that made no sense. Find out they were lying about that…. Not to mention I can tell they just thru some tires on because there are marks on the lugs of the wheels that aren’t supposed to be there and not marks on the others. Right now I feel totally ripped off and completely regret my purchase. I’m still going thru trying to have them make things right and will update my review as we go but at the moment I would give 0 stars.

Castle Country RV and especially Kodiak believe in Customer Service! We worked with Kodiak to locate and purchase a new Coachmen RV. He took note of what was important to us, worked hard to find the right match and then worked the details of our purchase with a laser focus on making sure everything important to us was addressed. As with any large purchase there are details to be worked. Kodiak was diligent and detail oriented. We were treated like family by Kodiak and Castle Country RV! Post sale, they have continued to stay in touch and work the outstanding commitments! We have come to realize this is rare in today's world and would like to Thank Kodiak and Castle Country RV for going the extra mile!!!
