I am grateful to the team at Castle Country ! They assisted in getting my RV fixed when no one else could. It took some time but they stayed in contact with me every week keeping me updated with the progress. I appreciate the attention to detail that was given to me and my rv. Thanks guy !!!!!

Update: The slide on our brand new 2022 forest river trailer stopped working last summer. While it did take some time to get the work done the final product is great. They took the time to find out why this was happening to get this resolved once and for all. We are very thankful to finally get our trailer back!

After weeks of waiting for our trailer to be fixed that we purchased from Castle country rv, We finally received a call from them saying they’d cover all $3200 dollars of repair work! Jenny in service is amazing!
