He single-handedly came out into the cold and helped us change our battery in the dark.The other guy in there (big beard) slightly larger, was awful. He was rude and didn’t even look up when he was talking so we didn’t know he was talking to us. He asked confusing questions and was rude.5 stars for Miguel and 0 for the other guy.”

“I recently got Zbros shocks for my 2021 Can Am defender and the shocks that were installed were shorter than factory. (this was NOT a Zbros error!!) I called Zbros directly and talked to Preston and he had me do some measuring on the shocks. Turns out the dealer ordered the wrong shock. He then sent me shipping label and had me mail them back. within 2 weeks I got the right shocks. There was yet again an issue with the dealer that installed them. I then called and got Justice. he got everything straightened up over the phone and answered the questions that the dealer couldn't. now days customer service seems to be a lost art, not for these guys!!! It now has an awesome ride and sits up 2"! I will be telling anyone that will listen to me how great the shocks are and what outstanding customer service these guys provided. plain and simple their number goal was to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase!”
