They are supposed to switch out the SIM cards in our phones since the company sold but the owner of the store said that I had to pay him $40 to do that but it says it's free in all the recordings and all of the emails I received but he wouldn't do it

If you buy a phone in store, it's double the cost than online. They also charge for activation. AND they don't do trade ins so good luck getting rid of your old phone. Half the store isn't even phone related its random junk.
