“So a little while ago I left a nasty review about the store hours. but on December 5th I went in to this location to pay my bill in person and Veronica was so nice and understanding, and so helpful to me when I really didn't deserve it. She really made my day. She really deserves a raise for real! The store hours can be odd but Veronica's customer service skills are really worth waiting for.”

“I would love to give a huge shout out to Bridger and the store manager Cody for all there work and dedication to help me get out of a 2 year nightmare called Verizon. I got bait and switched by the Verizon store in Preston I put over 12 hours in a phone switch and 2 years of trying to fix the mess I'm out $800 trade in with Verizon. Bridger and Cody talked to me like a friend not just another customer. I love the Customer service with T-Mobile and all the customer service I got from these guys. If your with another carrier go see these guys they probably can save you money they saved me a lot on my monthly bill as well. Same great service less per month and great customer service no spending hours lost in phone robots T-Mobile is amazing!”

“We stopped in on a busy Saturday morning. Lots of traffic in/out of the store. In the few minutes I waited for my son to choose what he wanted, I watched the counter person (not sure if she's a manager or other staff) interact with maybe 5 other customers, including some who made "special" requests such as large orders of hot food. She was cracking jokes with people, suggesting other things they could buy, asking for their feedback on the products they chose and on the store, etc. It was like watching a small business owner engage her local clientele, even though this is a huge corporation seen worldwide. So I guess with this location you get the best of both: Good supply chain and pricing, plus good customer service. Anyway, it's just a 7-Eleven, so I'm surprised I'm writing this much. She obviously made a good impression today.”
