“I was super worried about my cat because she was having some alarming symptoms. We weren’t satisfied with our care from the previous vet place we had gone to, and VCA was very kind, prompt, and so helpful answering my questions and concerns while they tried to fit us in. We were able to get in the next day & the vet and the techs were so friendly. They helped answer all our questions and gave my cat the care she needed. She is already back to eating normally and is on her way to recovery. I could cry from happiness because I don’t have to be worried sick over my fur baby anymore! Thank you VCA!! “Our cat gets extremely anxious in cars, especially on long trips. We're going to be moving soon and requested some sedatives from the vet here to help him so he isn't so stressed. They did a full check up for him and gave us what we needed. They also suggested some extra things to keep him safe while moving to a new place. All for a fair price.”

As a very concerned parent i might have called them 5 times too many but they took it like a champ. Fred is currently in the healing process but hes back and peeing again! I will go back without hesitation”

*Yet another visit: I took my rabbit in that had been injured not having had an appointment beforehand. They fit me in on an already slam packed day for them. Dr. McQuire performed a beautiful surgery on this little bun. Rabbits have delicate systems and pass away easily while under anesthesia. Their systems are so delicate, they more often die from fright than from injury or starvation. Dr. McGuire worked quickly, with precision and saved our little guy. I can't say enough about Animal Medical Services. Love-love them!!”

“The wait time was pretty long and the cost isn’t cheap but they do the best they can after all it is all walk ins like an ER and only one vet to take care of all the animals. They took my cat Gorducha to the back where I couldn’t go with her because there’s only 2 exam rooms which were full. The Vet (don’t remember his name unfortunately) came out to talk to me himself to explain he needed to sedate her to flush out her mouth and pull the infected tooth if there was one. I really appreciated the fact that he came to talk to me himself rather than send a tech with the information. There are many bad reviews on here about the vets not caring and giving bad treatment to the animals but that’s not what i experienced. I want to say thank you to the vet and the techs that treated my cat that night. My cat was in so much pain she was running away and hiding anytime I tried to give her food for almost 2 days. But once I got her back home she was feeling so much better she ate a whole bowl of dry food. ❤️ thank you pet urgent care ❤️”
