I was charged extra (for higher weight class, and for matted hair, even though neither had matted hair) because I have two northern breed dogs with thick fur. They did a really good job, and I was happy with how they looked, but typically I don't get charged extra fees on top of the typical rate at other groomers.”
“Love the people, always very nice. It's clean and usually no long wait times. Been good to my doggo. Monthly subscription plan can be pricey, if you're not using it. Would recommend.”

Our cat got a wound on her head and they were able to help us at 10pm on a Saturday to get her antibiotic shots and some ointment. A few months later my dog got a foxtail deep in her ear while on a hike. I tried 2 other clinics that were closer to me in Provo and neither could take walk ins. We went back to pet urgent care and they were able to help us with only a 20 min wait! They sedated her and surgically removed the foxtail. When scary situations arise like these, this clinic has been there to support us!”
“Honest, clearly explained what was needed, made sure we weren’t paying for anything we didn’t need, kind and patient, and took great care of our dog. Brynn and Dr Bockenstedt were great”
