“The cost of stuff and auto services is lower than most anywhere else. They do seem to be short staffed and maybe not happy about the high demand. If you have time, or a way to drop off your car, it’s likely worth the savings.”

“Dre is the man! Went to the ford dealership to have our AC checked (and for a recall on the car). They didn’t even fix the recall and instead quoted us about $2000 to fix 4 different parts associated with the AC. We left and found Utah Auto Repair Services online. After a quick call he let me know that they were likely wrong about it and had us drop it off. In a few days he had run some tests and kept me updated each step of the way. Our radiator fan ended up being the root of the problems. All in all we were able to get everything taken care of for under $500 here! He even checked the brakes for free and fixed some dents in the car that have been there for years at no cost. He dropped the car off to our home as well. Highly recommend for anyone looking for honesty and fair pricing when it comes to car servicing! Definitely a more casual experience than traditional car repair shops/dealerships if that’s not for you. But we will definitely be coming back again and referring others as well.”

“I had a bad experience with Rob of Jiffy Lube at 91 N State St, Orem, UT 84057. I will not recommend Jiffy Lube station to others because of Rob's very poor customer service. He had a very bad attitude, his tone of voice lacked kindness and he had no respect for me and was not professional.”

“i love oil rig. i’ve been here twice and they have fixed three different issues with my car. with automotive places it seems like often a bunch of fees are added on for no real reason or they try to sell me something i don’t really need. but with oil rig i truly feel like they are honest and care about my best interest instead of trying to scam me out of my money. i would recommend this place to anyone. the manager mike is especially good and i trust him to give an honest price because he actually cares about his customers. he also personally went back to double check if the diagnosis for my car was correct and he obviously knows what he is talking about. highly recommend!!!! i appreciate the honesty and fairness i have experienced as a customer here thus far. i truly never leave reviews but i really feel like oil rig deserves it! thanks mike!!!”

“Got new tires on my car first thing in the morning. Unusual/uneven wear brought about a recommendation for alignment. I had read a recent Facebook thread in which Ricky's name was mentioned half a dozen times as "THE" mechanic to use. Driving away from the tire shop I called Ricky and explained the situation and asked if there was any way he could work me in since I had the day off. Ricky said, "Come over right now and I'll squeeze you in". I was so grateful I wouldn't have to take another day off work. Ricky was so genuine, honest, quoted a more-than-fair price and promised to get me out and back on the road, which he did. Best mechanical services and best customer service. I've already referred a friend to Ricky! 10/10 recommend!!”
“The customer next to me in the waiting area thought it was okay to blare mariachi music from his phone in public. Finally had to walk outside and wait in order to get some peace and quiet. Other than that, Crazy Dave's was pleasant and affordable. They mounted each tire for $25 and rotated tires for $10 each. The technician that did the work was happy fellow and seemed dedicated to his profession.”

“My wife loves this place, she's able to stay in the car with the kids and they do a quick and good job. I decided to bring my car here because they have a jack strong enough to lift my car and rotate my tires when I get my oil change. To my surprise when I went in the first time they told me my oil still looked clean and that I probably didn't need an oil change yet??!? I really appreciated the honesty, they've got a new customer in me for life. They even did my air pressure even though I didn't get the oil change. Top notch service.”

“These guys are seriously the best. I went in for an alignment and it was done quickly. They charge a fair price as well. However, the next day I noticed my steering wheel was off. I brought my truck back and they took it in to look at it. They looked at my front end and noticed that a bolt holding my steering rack in place became loose. They showed me in the shop and fixed it without any extra fee or charge. I came back the next day for another alignment and I was good to go. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for honest mechanics who are seriously helping people out. I will be coming here again for whatever else my truck needs.”

“Was a good experience overall, employees were friendly and my car was serviced reasonably quick. Only negative thing was they checked my radiator cap/pressure and didn’t reinstall the cap correctly. They didn’t twist it back on all the way and I left straight from my oil change appointment to drive for 6 hours. 30 min into my drive my car overheated and I had to stop to get it looked at, delaying my trip. i had to stop to get it looked at. Turns out the coolant was boiling over and I lost nearly a gallon of coolant due to this and had to buy more to add. Some sort of compensation for their mistake would be nice for this inconvenience”
