I had a horrible experience at the AF location they didn't put my dashboard back together correctly, there were parts that the snap part broke and the vents for dashboard weren't even and rattled. They also had primer spray on my window and dashboard. It took me over a year but with my insurance I was able to take it to this location and not only did the correct the things AF screwed up the fixed things that Caliber wasn't responsible for if I could give more stars I would! My truck ended up having more damage than anticipated, they dealt with the insurance company directly which was a relief. Usually you hear horror stories with insurances and collision repair after you have an accident. Not with Dent Master!!
They took SUCH great care of me and my vehicle. Especially when my insurance denied a very important part on my vehicle. Dent Master went to bat for me and got it done right!
I'm am extremely impressed with their team and so thankful that I chose them to fix my vehicle. You can't even tell it was in an accident. Even the paint was spot on!

I visited Boss Automotive based on the strong Google reviews, and this was my second time bringing a vehicle here. The first time, I came in with a few issues the dealership had quoted me significantly more to fix about 30% higher, so I decided to give Boss a try. They handled the repairs for a fair price, and overall, my experience has been a solid 4/5.

I understand it’s a mechanic shop and things naturally get dirty, but I’ll be honest: if it weren’t for the reviews, I’m not sure I would have initially left my car. A dedicated day of cleaning up the lot, refreshing the exterior, and tidying both the shop area and the lobby would go a long way toward boosting customer confidence. The quality of work is there, the presentation just doesn’t reflect it yet.

After having some work done at the dealership recently, I was told that one of the repairs Boss previously handled wasn’t functioning correctly. I called Boss, and even though I was a bit elevated in the conversation, they owned it completely. They warranted the repair without hesitation, and the part had genuinely failed. I don’t fault them for that, parts fail sometimes. What I do appreciate is that they stepped up and took care of it, especially considering it’s a full day’s job to reach that part. I even had them perform additional work while the car was there.

My reason for the 4/5 rating comes down to the facility’s appearance and the owner’s rougher communication style. Dennis ultimately made things right, and we ended on a positive note. A little refinement in customer interaction and some cleanup around the shop would elevate this place from good to truly great.

Overall, they do honest work at a fair price, and with just a few adjustments, Boss Automotive could easily become a next-level shop.”
