“If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I'm new to this area and lost my good connections to a trustworthy shop. A few months ago, I had a check engine light come on. It was throwing a code for my catalytic converter, so I parked my car for a few months to do the daunting tasked to save money for such a big repair job. I had to put a new battery in which I did myself. The check engine light went out, so I decided to drive it around to see if it will turn on. I turned off the freewa, and my brake caliper was stuck, so I limped it over to the nearest shop. They said they would look at it. One gentleman I didn't catch his name said I needed all new rotors and pads. He also did they could service the caliper so I wouldn't need to buy new ones . They checked my catalytic converter, and it turned out to be working fine! The gentleman told me he didn't want to just go spending customer money when they didn't need to. He was awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable . I'm glad I accidentally bumped into this shop because they will have my business from now on.”

“Today my sister , kids and I were traveling on the freeway and kept hearing something knocking under her van. We discovered the tire holder for the spare tire had dropped down. We had no tools in the van. We stopped at Sorensen Auto body and asked them if we could use a wrench. I feel bad for not asking his name but one of the gentleman in the office came out, seen the issue went back in, came out with the wrench and fixed the issue. So kind and thoughtful. He even gave me his wrench to take with just incase…. Kind thoughtful and willing to help without a second thought. So incredibly thankful for his kindness and willingness to help us out!!! “Gerber Collision was SUPER quick and communicative with me throughout my whole repair. I did have to take it back to get checked out again but they put me at TOP priority and had people drive me back to my house for the repair and they dropped the car off with a full tank of gas as well as washed it and had everything fixed within a day. Steve the manager was SO great, very kind, and efficient! 10/10 would recommend!”

“Bought a car from them and while test driving noticed a vibration/noise, they found the issue being the right side (front of engine) mount bad and said that they would replace it and if I found any other issue to bring it back in and they would take care of it. Bought car, mount was replaced no charge and car had been running just fine. Sergio was very helpful, his dad is in charge of the body shop and head mechanic, they have now moved to Provo and they have been taking care of my other vehicles Eddie. P”
