I'm not sure if new ownership or what but I'm now being charged a "secure lease" fee. What should be $57 is being $94.15. What is a secure lease charge and why am I being charge twice for it? I'll admit I owe the late fee but still they haven't returned my call to explain these extra charges.

Cannot get ahold of them through phone or email. Was supposed to process my payment last week on the 31st before the new month started and didnt. Am getting texts and emails about my stuff going to auction. This isnt fair as this was their error not mine.
