“Richard and Sydney were awesome in helping us switch plans to T mobile as well as setting up our new phones. There were a few hiccups along the way on both sides to transfer from our old phones to the new ones, but they all worked out in the end. They even offered to drive to a different location to pick up a second phone if they didn't have 2 in stock that we wanted. Richard was very clear in his detailing out the plans, prices, and perks we were eligible for and walked us through everything. I've been in retail for 35 years and this is some of the best customer service I've received!”

I actually got the iPhone 14 and while I was doing all of that he lowered my bill by at least $100 if not 120 Every time I’ve been to an AT&T store where I live nobody’s ever gone over my bill and try to figure out how to lower it. “Yes. They have it. And a lot more. You'll find something else you need. Guaranteed. Yes. They are open. This is what you want a Radio Shack to be. Wall to wall stuff. All conveniently organized. Lot's of little detail parts: semiconductors, connectors, canuders.... And fun stuff like RC cars, trucks, boats, walkie-talkies, breadboard parts... And some way-back time machine stuff: floppy disks, cassettes, telephones... It's not too soon or too late to do an arduino project. “I don't like shopping at Walmart and I try not to, but on occasions, I have to. For instance, Walmart carries the large bag of dog food that I can't find other places. And since Walmart is nearby and opened late, it's convenient when I'm in a pinch. What I like about the Syracuse Walmart, as opposed to many other Walmarts that I have visited over the years, is that it is fairly clean and it's never crowded when I've gone there. The new manager in the auto department is friendly and accommodating.”

“I had an issue with an iPad screen protector that I had purchased from a local AT&T Store. They couldn't help me and recommended the I go talk to the guys at Tricked Out Accessories in the Layton Hills Mall. I was expecting to buy a new screen protector, but the guys were able to fix it and now it's good as new. When I asked how much I owed them, they said nothing. I now know why they have so many 5-star reviews. If they take suck good care a a random guy off the street, how much better care will they take for one of their customers? I've now got a new go-to place for my cellphone and tablet accessories.”
