Went in for a screen protector. Thought I had one on. But I didn't. Then he sold me a gel screen protector and a glass protector. He reached out for help in front of me. Which I appreciate. I am glad he asked for help, instead of messing it up.

Really friendly staff. Super helpful and didn’t give me any grief about enacting my lifetime warranty on the screen protector. Ended up buying my daughter a case because I trust them when they say the warranty will be honored.Was in and out with the repair done within 15 minutes.
