“I returned a gift form Amazon and Nick was very helpful, kind and friendly. The Amazon website was not working intuitively, and he understood that it was due to it being a gift return, but a return from an order on my account…so he knew the simple work-around. He also offered to tape up the packaging when I did not bring any! I was very impressed when this service is seemingly unimportant, (often UPS Store employees are annoyed by Amazon returns), Nick offered exemplary customer service, and he should be commended for it!”
“I stopped here for a last minute print while passing through on a trip. They had my print ready to go and we're super friendly. I didn't get the two girls names, but they were very helpful. The price, quality, turn around time, and customer service were stellar!”

“This location is always fast and I'm in and out quickly. I come here a lot for various things and I have never had one single problem. Their new self-serve Amazon Return kiosk is incredibly easy to use and so fast. I've had good experiences with all of the employees here, but Becka is especially kind and helpful. The couple of times I've had more involved interactions than just an Amazon return, she went above and beyond and didn't make me feel like a burden. This UPS is the best!”

They ladies in this location are the sweetest and helpful team! They got what I needed in one go! Amazing!!I didn't print what I needed yet because the cost was a little higher for our budget but I know where to go next time. You can tell they really care about their customers. “Went in today to make a few copies and was asked by the employee Mia in a very rude tone, "what brings you in today?" I explained what I needed and she pointed to the back copiers and said, "looks like you will have to wait, they are all being used." After some time went by the manager Robb, in a very kind way said she could help me at the main desk and copy area. Mia was upset and rude and gave him so much sass and attitude that I was shocked at how she talked to her co-worker and let alone the store manager (as it said on his badge). She threw a fit and acted like a young child who didn't get her way. She was not able to figure something out on the computer with charges so Rob was trying to help her. She swatted him away and said I can do this myself, I know what I'm doing. After about 10 minutes of her fumbling around on the computer program, Rob noticed I was still waiting for help. He came over to help and again she tried to swat at him and tell him to go away she was doing it he said, let me help you you're in the wrong screen, she again told him to get away that she was taking care of it. Robb handled this so professionally and did not revile her back yet. He gave her another minute to figure things out and noticed there were a couple customers waiting and then Robb came up and said, "why don't I finish this transaction?" and she again was angry and said, "let me do what I'm doing my way." He asked her so kindly to please step away and go to the register to help the customers. Robb fixed the transaction and thanked me for my patience. I am still in utter disbelief at the lack of respect along with the spiteful, angry, and prideful tone this Mia took with her coworker. It was painful to watch. Robb deserves 10 gold stars just for working with her. I hope he sees this review as it is only bc of him that I would ever consider returning to this location. Thank you Robb!”

“I have shipped to my daughter in Argentina every other month with Pack Mule Express. It is delivered on time. I have never had any problems. And they are cheaper and faster than the other missionary shipping company I have tried.”
“This afternoon I received a shipping label for a defective piece of equipment I needed to return to the manufacturer. I popped it in a box with lots of packing, taped it up and slapped the label on. Off to FedEx I went, not anticipating a pleasant experience from some of the other shipping places I've visited.What a fine surprise! No lines, pleasantly greeted, extra tape was added without being asked, and the receipt was promptly tendered. Shipping supplies were reasonably priced, a great value and fine customer service too. The young man, who took care of me, worked proficiently, and actually seemed to care about the package. I was shipping. Way to go FedEx! Keep up the good work. They have my highest score.”
