“Every time I walk through the doors of this UPS store, I know I am in good hands. They offer the best customer service, and the printing services are really fast! Compared to Alphagraphics printing and even other UPS stores, this one offers the best services at the best prices. I am greeted with a smile, and the assurance that my packages get where they need to go. Management is great, and the complimentary dum dums are always a bonus. Even when there is a line, it goes by quickly and efficiently. The employees are always glowing, as if they had just had a really nice meal prior to helping me. I seriously just love this store! I recommend it to everyone.”

“Always great customer service when I come here. Robb helped me box up some items and he was very helpful. The other associate was helping someone at the counter and stopped to checked with each person waiting in line to see what we needed. One lady just had a package to drop off. He went over to the kiosk and scanned her label. Didn’t just say “oh, you can do it at the kiosk”. I felt very seen here and it was a pleasant experience.”
“I have shipped to my daughter in Argentina every other month with Pack Mule Express. It is delivered on time. I have never had any problems. And they are cheaper and faster than the other missionary shipping company I have tried.”

“This afternoon I received a shipping label for a defective piece of equipment I needed to return to the manufacturer. I popped it in a box with lots of packing, taped it up and slapped the label on. Off to FedEx I went, not anticipating a pleasant experience from some of the other shipping places I've visited.What a fine surprise! No lines, pleasantly greeted, extra tape was added without being asked, and the receipt was promptly tendered. Shipping supplies were reasonably priced, a great value and fine customer service too. The young man, who took care of me, worked proficiently, and actually seemed to care about the package. I was shipping. Way to go FedEx! Keep up the good work. They have my highest score.”
