Saysha was really nice and upon seeing the (minimal) extent of the repair, was committed to getting it fixed on the spot. Karl Malone Toyota body shop was able to work with my insurance and we got a new bumper on, plus they helped me with a new battery I had put on myself (a diehard Platinum AGM for the stop/start technology). They fixed my battery that was supposed to fit with some copper and I really appreciated it.Dustin C. was also very helpful and courteous in explaining the time it would take to fix the vehicle and in letting me know when it was ready.
