“I'm handicapped and drive so little my battery kept dying. I went to O'reillys and Hugo was so very helpful. I was going to buy a new battery but Hugo said it's not the battery and sold me a product that keeps the battery charged. $40 instead of $250 for a battery. He came out side and installed it so I didn't have to go inside. I was very impressed”

“This place was the best to work with. I came in with some minor bumper damage and just needed some help getting it reattached. Saysha was really nice and upon seeing the (minimal) extent of the repair, was committed to getting it fixed on the spot. When she needed an extra hand, she was able to snag a tech, Jorge, to come help. The two of them were able to get it in place and me on my way within 15 minutes of my arrival. Karl Malone Toyota body shop was able to work with my insurance and we got a new bumper on, plus they helped me with a new battery I had put on myself (a diehard Platinum AGM for the stop/start technology). Picked it up and it had to be jumped, drove down the street to get groceries and came out to leave, car was completely dead again. “It's not that big of a deal, but it was for me. I got a new car, my check engine light came on and had me stressed on top of other things. I had previously gone to an Auto Zone, where the employee just sat on his stool and handed me the code reader. He told me there were instructions on it. I honestly don't know my way with vehicles or their tools and it's helpful if they can assist me. I felt pushed aside and frustrated after telling him that it wasn't working. In an annoyed tone, he said I had to go to a mechanic.
I decided to go to O'Reilly's instead. I walked in and spoke with Victor. He was extremely helpful and even did the code reading for me. We found out there were no codes pulling up and he reset my check engine light. He even suggested that if it came on again to for sure see a mechanic. It's really the smallest thing and I'm sure apart of his job, but I deeply appreciated his help. THANK YOU!”
