“Mitch is the absolute best!! I had fallen on some hard times, and every dealership wouldn't work with me unless I had thousands of dollars down. I needed a car so badly, I read the reviews about the Sherm's Store so I reached out. They told me to come in and we can talk, and see what my options were. Mitch sat and listened to me for a few hours, he put good faith in me and financed me in house. He had 2 cars I was able to choose from, he wanted to get me into a car that I would be done paying on within 2 years, he was very upfront about the 2 vehicles. They both were older, but in great shape, he made the payments work for me, and never once made me feel bad about my past. “You can’t beat their extended warranty!!!! They have an incredible offer that I only paid a couple thousand for. Totally, totally worth it! Nobody can touch it..through Autto. Worth it to buy here and get their incredible warranty!!! Literally, I just had my AC issues and power steering leak completely covered and all I am paying is the $100 deductible. This is great! ? My car has OVER 100k miles. You don’t just get offered extended warranties like this! I compared with the Buick dealership and they were blown away at the coverage of the extended warranty items that Kapp sold me. They couldn’t believe it and yet, here I am using it!”

“What an amazing experience!I know we all have a love/hate relationship with the car buying experience but my salesman Travis Van Staveren was awesome to deal with and quite the conversationalist and worked with me to get me the best deal possible. The whole staff was amazing to work with and very friendly. The vehicle I bought was actually off of another lot and I did find one issue with the vehicle and I went back and asked the General Sales Manager Chris Aldridge if he would take a look at it and he took for a test drive and confirmed the issue and stepped up and took care of the problem with no hesitation at all. “I'm here to tell you that Jared at Smart Buy has saved me from my life of severe anxiety stemming from my bad credit and the horrible cycle I was in of working my tail off and walking or taking the bus everywhere just to never have anything to show for it. My life completely changed for the better the day I met Jared. Not only did he help me get an amazing car but he had a great bankruptcy lawyer referral, very reasonable car insurance lined up, and a financial new beginning process that works just like he explained it would as long as I put in some effort to follow his advice. “I went in to look at some of their cars and the owner is super friendly and works on all of the cars himself, I let him know what my situation was that I was looking at getting a new car since mine got totaled on Monday and he didn't push or pressure me into buying right away, all of the cars he let me test drive with him were great running cars despite the high mileage, once my car gets paid out I'll be going right back and paying for one of his cars. I would give a higher rating if possible”

“This dealership was pretty amazing. There was zero pressure here when I went the test drive which was a nice change. I asked them to fix the windshield and they agreed with no push back. They were able to get me financing quickly and I got the vehicle of my dreams. The owners wife handled the financing and she was amazing. My vehicle didn’t have a warranty, but she said if it had any issues to talk with her and they would help fix them. I did have a few minor ones so I’m appreciative of them going above and beyond for me. This was an amazing experience and not only got my dream truck, but also made a friendship. We’re looking at getting another car this summer and it will absolutely be from here.”

“I send an interest email to them and receive a response within the same day. I asked several questions reguarding the vehicle which were swiftly answered. There was damage on the vehicle that was told to me before I flew in from out of state. When I arrived I was allowed to fully inspect the vehicle. The car drove like a dream; however, a bit too much cosmetic flaws for me. The car will be a great car for someone who isn't as picky as me. I appreciate the constant contact from staff and welcoming when I arrived. Unfortunately, a deal was not completed during my trip.”

“Can’t say enough good about Toby and the team here. Bought a small 12 inch e-bike for my three-year-old for Christmas at a closeout price. After about a month it had an electronics issue so I called Toby up. He said to just bring it in and he would take care of it. No problem.He called me back about 10 minutes later and said on second thought to just bring it in and he would swap it out for a new one and handle the warranty on his time and dollar.I live about an hour away and they even stayed after hours for me so that I could swap the bike for My Three year-old that couldn’t go without it for a day. They have earned my business.”

“I read a lot of negative reviews but these guys are nothing like people onn here say they are, I wanted to start off by saying it’s really true what they say smaller dealerships are way better than the bigger franchise dealerships, after shopping for the perfect truck for over a month I stumbled upon one of Reyna’s auto ads on Facebook, saw the truck I liked called to make sure it was still available got there and it was not like other dealerships that have cars listed that are not even on there lot, I met up with a young man name Larry turns out he’s the man! Not a pushy salesman at all let me drive a couple other trucks and explained the differences detail by detail he knows his trucks and cars he has on the lot, I noticed for them being a little dealership there extremely busy yet manage to get everything done right and awnser any question, when it came down to talking in price I was not expecting them to come down on price but they took my offer and I’m now driving the truck I always wanted got my tags quick and follow up calls were great! Thanks Larry and thanks to your sales team for your dedicated customer service I will definatly reccomend my family and will be purchasing my next vehicle with them!”
