“Mitch is the absolute best!! I had fallen on some hard times, and every dealership wouldn't work with me unless I had thousands of dollars down. I needed a car so badly, I read the reviews about the Sherm's Store so I reached out. They told me to come in and we can talk, and see what my options were. Mitch sat and listened to me for a few hours, he put good faith in me and financed me in house. He had 2 cars I was able to choose from, he wanted to get me into a car that I would be done paying on within 2 years, he was very upfront about the 2 vehicles. They both were older, but in great shape, he made the payments work for me, and never once made me feel bad about my past. I was really happy with the service and availability of product for my car. I was in the market for used tires because I didn’t want to spend a fortune on new tires. They got my car in right away and installed some new used tires for me. Fair pricing and friendly service. They sell new tires as well if you’re wanting to buy new.”

Not only was the job done beautifully and affordably but the customer service/care is impeccable and not something I’ve experienced in a while. “What an amazing experience!I know we all have a love/hate relationship with the car buying experience but my salesman Travis Van Staveren was awesome to deal with and quite the conversationalist and worked with me to get me the best deal possible. The whole staff was amazing to work with and very friendly. The vehicle I bought was actually off of another lot and I did find one issue with the vehicle and I went back and asked the General Sales Manager Chris Aldridge if he would take a look at it and he took for a test drive and confirmed the issue and stepped up and took care of the problem with no hesitation at all. “I'm here to tell you that Jared at Smart Buy has saved me from my life of severe anxiety stemming from my bad credit and the horrible cycle I was in of working my tail off and walking or taking the bus everywhere just to never have anything to show for it. My life completely changed for the better the day I met Jared. “I went in to look at some of their cars and the owner is super friendly and works on all of the cars himself, I let him know what my situation was that I was looking at getting a new car since mine got totaled on Monday and he didn't push or pressure me into buying right away, all of the cars he let me test drive with him were great running cars despite the high mileage, once my car gets paid out I'll be going right back and paying for one of his cars. I would give a higher rating if possible”

“This dealership was pretty amazing. There was zero pressure here when I went the test drive which was a nice change. I asked them to fix the windshield and they agreed with no push back. They were able to get me financing quickly and I got the vehicle of my dreams. The owners wife handled the financing and she was amazing. My vehicle didn’t have a warranty, but she said if it had any issues to talk with her and they would help fix them. I did have a few minor ones so I’m appreciative of them going above and beyond for me. This was an amazing experience and not only got my dream truck, but also made a friendship. We’re looking at getting another car this summer and it will absolutely be from here.”

“Can’t say enough good about Toby and the team here. Bought a small 12 inch e-bike for my three-year-old for Christmas at a closeout price. After about a month it had an electronics issue so I called Toby up. He said to just bring it in and he would take care of it. No problem.He called me back about 10 minutes later and said on second thought to just bring it in and he would swap it out for a new one and handle the warranty on his time and dollar.I live about an hour away and they even stayed after hours for me so that I could swap the bike for My Three year-old that couldn’t go without it for a day. They have earned my business.”

“Excellent car buying experience! Nate and Curtis assisted us, and they were the sole dealership in Utah to honor the advertised pricing for a new Ionic. We'd checked out several local Hyundai dealerships, but they weren't giving us the advertised offers. It was puzzling why they'd promote a particular price only to add numerous fees that nearly doubled our monthly installments. Young Hyundai was the exception, prompting our decision to buy from them. Although we reside in SLC, driving to Ogden for this deal was absolutely worth it. We strongly endorse Young.”
