“Lavelle at the tire center always keeps us cool.
I was like one of many customers. And he answered all kind of questions people were throwing at him was back and forth, in and out of the garage, I was very impressed with his work ethic not only that, my friend is amputee and we couldn't get the wheelchair out of the door to the tire center and he helped us carry our groceries to the car. It was just above and beyond. I remember how smaller grocery stores used to be and it reminded me of that a lot. So thanks for a good experience plus I had a really crummy day. And again just friendly and cool thanks”

“I took my car in for a standard oil change and emissions. When I got there the staff were so kind! They were patient as I asked questions. About 10 minutes in one of the employees came in and explained that my air filters were nasty (he even brought the filters to show me) and then talked to me about my brakes. He took the time to explain the mm on each one and he was honest when he told me he couldn’t see the front ones well but he had a guess of what they were. After a few minutes a different employee came in and he showed me the dip stick for my oil to show that new oil was put in. I have never had that done before but it was cool to see that they took the extra step. Couldn’t recommend this place with high enough marks.”

“Now normally I go to the Roy location because that where Pedro works. But today I had to stop by the Clinton location and imagine my surprise to see the one and only Pedro working here as the new manager. I previously left a 5 star review for the Roy location but the review was really for Pedro. If you want an honest mechanic who is not going to sell you a bunch of crap that you don't need go see Pedro. We would follow Pedro anywhere he goes but I hope he stays at this location.”

“My Suburu low oil warning brought me to Jiffy Lube. The attendant stated it was not low enough for a change and suggested to have the warning lights checked. I wasn’t charged a dime. Now that’s great service!!!”

“Todd the manager with his main mechanic fixed the swollen lug on one of my wheels that other local tire shop wanted $600 to cut off the studs to take off the whole wheel and told me all the lug nuts were stripped. They guys in Walmart put extra effort to take of ONLY one that was stripped and they did it- didn't charge me a penny bc I installed tires with Walmart. Cudos to Todd and his main guy.”
“This is my first time getting my truck serviced at Ford. I had a great experience overall. I will definitely be getting my truck serviced here again. Brooklyn was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole time my truck was being serviced. Enrique, who was one of my Quicklane technician, did an outstanding job. My truck was shaking badly when I was coming to a stop. Now it's a smooth stop. I got an oil change. My rotors, and breaks replaced. Even cleaned up my engine, which I was not expecting. Other places just leave it the same.”
“The bathroom needs to be relocated. It is quite offensive to smell someone's waste as you're waiting for service. Took a little too long. Staff was great and helpful. Tell the Griffins to spend a little $ and remodel for a better experience.”
