“To be honest, I am having a terrible year. Yet, my interaction with the guys at this shop literally made my day. They helped me get a quick emissions test on the last day I could get my registration secured. They really uplifted me when I'm at my lowest point. “This is my first time getting my truck serviced at Ford. I had a great experience overall. I will definitely be getting my truck serviced here again. Brooklyn was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole time my truck was being serviced. Enrique, who was one of my Quicklane technician, did an outstanding job. My truck was shaking badly when I was coming to a stop. Now it's a smooth stop. I got an oil change. My rotors, and breaks replaced. Even cleaned up my engine, which I was not expecting. Other places just leave it the same.”
