“**Edited but keeping original post.The manager, Trent, was fantastic and beyond professional handling my concerns and making my vehicle drive properly. He also saw to fixing the lug nuts on my wheels and bent tires, which had not been part of my service. Thank you....Started promising. Set appointment to fix a leaking tire and do full breaks/alignment/the works. Dropped off my car at 10am, I was told they didn't have a replacement tire and would need to send a runner to get it. They were able to shuttle me home and told me tentatively it would be done in a few hours. They asked if I would need to be picked up when my car was done and I confirmed. 345pm rolls around and no communication. I call and they inform me that they didn't get the correct part. They tell me they will have to call an O'Reilly to see if they can get it. At this point, I'm frustrated. At 515 they let me know my car is ready. But they don't have a driver available. I get a friend to take me to the shop. No compensation was offered for not having a vehicle for 7.5 hours of my day. I get the car and the mechanic had used my passenger seat as a workbench. Scratched my leather seat and I had to clean up the dirt and debris myself. Drove it the next day and there's a noticeable vibration. Now I don't have confidence in the quality of their work or the safety of my car.”
