“**Edited but keeping original post.The manager, Trent, was fantastic and beyond professional handling my concerns and making my vehicle drive properly. He also saw to fixing the lug nuts on my wheels and bent tires, which had not been part of my service. Thank you....Started promising. Set appointment to fix a leaking tire and do full breaks/alignment/the works. Dropped off my car at 10am, I was told they didn't have a replacement tire and would need to send a runner to get it. They were able to shuttle me home and told me tentatively it would be done in a few hours. They asked if I would need to be picked up when my car was done and I confirmed. 345pm rolls around and no communication. I call and they inform me that they didn't get the correct part. They tell me they will have to call an O'Reilly to see if they can get it. At this point, I'm frustrated. At 515 they let me know my car is ready. But they don't have a driver available. I get a friend to take me to the shop. No compensation was offered for not having a vehicle for 7.5 hours of my day. I get the car and the mechanic had used my passenger seat as a workbench. Scratched my leather seat and I had to clean up the dirt and debris myself. Drove it the next day and there's a noticeable vibration. Now I don't have confidence in the quality of their work or the safety of my car.”

I refuse to go anywhere else if it's something I either don't wanna do myself for something that I don't know much about it.”

Turns out it was still in great shape and didn't need anything done. Rather than charge me for the inspection that was done, which took a couple of hours, they decided to do it free of charge! “Shadetree is awesome. I took my Hyundai Tucson in for a diagnostic test. They gave me an itemized list of everything they found on the test which I greatly appreciated. Then they went ahead and advised me on what they thought was the critical fix. They finished the repairs in record time and even saved me some money. Their staff was very friendly and courteous. “Had a pleasant experience here buying a used CX-5. We first stopped by to look at it and found that it was having trouble starting and the rear, automatic hatch was not working. The salesman, Tim, and I concluded it probably needed a new battery. We called back to test drive and "talk numbers" and Tim said he had already had the shop put a new battery in it and it would be ready for us. I like that he was proactive. Both times we looked at it, it was detailed well and not dirty. I feel like some dealerships half-detail it and cars aren't as clean as they could be. Price was good and they were willing to work with us a little to get where we needed to be. Tim was relaxed and didn't apply any pressure for us to buy. He felt like more like our advocate during the buying process trying to get finance to agree to the price we felt was appropriate and worked for us. The first pass on the numbers included a "reconditioning fee" of almost $700, which should absolutely be included in the price and not a fee that shows up during the negotiation process, but they were willing to wave that once we told them the price we needed out the door to make a deal.We were in and out in about an hour and a half, which is not that bad. I have been at dealerships much longer and it's not fun. We had our 3 kids with us, so we just wanted to sign what we needed to and get out. Overall, pretty happy and would buy a car from them again.”

When my car windshield wiper fluid leaked all over my garage floor I didn't know where to go. Fortunately, my husband found out about Our Guys Auto. When I called, Nick set up an appointment quickly that fit with my schedule. My car was taken at arrival (the time arranged), and was worked on in the time frame discussed. When finished, Nick provided an easy to understand analysis of what was happening, what he did, and what to do for a future plan. Throughout the process he did his best to give the most economical solution and only charged for his time. He reminded me of a mechanic my dad used when I was growing up. You knew you could trust him to keep your car going.
