“I've visited ENSO several times now for different needs and they always treat me respectfully and kindly. I've never had a piercing go wrong or haywire from them. One example, I got my nose pierced a few months back, and came in to replace the long stud with a shorter one. A few days later, I realized it was too short, to the point where the top of my piercing sunk beneath the surface of the skin on my nose. I dont think anyone realized this would happen. I went in to see what we could do about it, and Jake had me fixed up within just a few short (relatively painless) minutes.I recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe, highly-skilled, professional piercing experience. I send in three Rolex watches, two of mine and my wife's for service and repair. Leo, Rebecca, and his staff are extremely professional. Upon return, the watches run and look as if they just left the factor in Switzerland. I had a small chip on one of the stems of my Datejust. Leo was able to repair the chip with the original material that Rolex uses in their production. You absolutely cannot see the repair. “I had an extremely delicate chain necklace that broke, and with his laser welder, he fixed it in 2 minutes while I waited. I don’t think I was in the shop for more than five minutes total. Amazing service. Crazy fast. And great price!”
“Highly recommend this place to anyone in the SLC area looking to do anything with their jewelry pieces. I love this dainty gold choker and when it snapped I was so sad because I didn’t think it was going to be worth the price to fix it. I actually went to inquire at Kay’s and they looked at it and said it was going to take them over two weeks and that I should look at Southtowne because it would be cheaper and faster. Pretty hilarious that the competition is the one recommending I come here but they were right! Tony was so kind and fixed my necklace so fast. It’s as good as new, I told my parents who went that day to get my mom’s ring fixed and he worked his magic again! 10/10 recommend!”
“I came in to see if they can custom make a name for me for Mother’s Day. The prices were perfect. Not too expensive and not too cheap. They had 2 binders filled with designs that they could do. I chose the dolphins as I thought they were cute. They had multiple different sizes, shapes and designs in person to get an idea for it. Somthing I was weary about was price. Although I did mention I got it for a perfect one. It felt like they kept changing the prices because I asked for so many prices it felt like they raised it. Even through that I found it for a great price. I would come back here again to have my personal jewelry fixed. Great place. Would recommend it if you’re planning to buy jewelry. The guy is super friendly and makes sure the customer is satisfied with the final product.”
