“I’m a returning customer because I like this piercing studio! I came in about 2 years ago for my auricle piercing. At the time, everyone was very nice and welcoming. They were very careful with their COVID-protocols too. About a month later, my piercing got swollen/almost-infected-ish because I had not been consistent with the after-care and could have bumped it during my sleep. They helped me with a check-up appointment almost immediately after I texted them and helped me clean up my piercing. No judgment at all and I felt immediate pressure relief at my piercing site. About 1.5 months after that, I ripped my earring off while blow drying my hair in the middle of the night, and they make an appointment for me the day right after. They helped me put my earring back in with no issue and I did not have anymore incident after that. I was really happy with the support I received from ENSO and have been back for a down-sizing and to buy saline spray.A couple days ago, I came back for another ear piercing and brought my friend with me for her piercing as well knowing how good they are. Once again, they didn’t disappoint. They helped us with our 2-people appointment, and I had a good experience. Our piercer was very nice and friendly! I also like that the don’t use clamp here to hold you ear.Overall, I highly recommend ENSO and will be back for sure for my future piercings.”

“McKay Diamonds made me an absolutely stunning engagement ring for my fiance. Shopping with them was hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had. Joe, Kim, Sandra, and Alan were fantastic from the start. Over the course of several months they taught me tons about diamonds, gold, and ring crafting, and went through several ring design changes with me, without question. Joe is a talented jeweler, and provided insight and customization that cannot be found online. They had a collection of beautiful stones and rings, and he could custom make any design I could want. Both in person and over email, they were incredibly responsive, honest, and helpful. I had met with several jewelers/stores in SLC, and they were hands down the best. They run an amazing family business and provide really personalized service. They also offer a lifetime warranty, including cleanings, resizing, and maintenance. If you are looking for a custom ring, this is absolutely where you should go! We will be returning for our wedding bands in the future.”

“My experience has always been great with RDC! This last time I sent in in to be checked over. They gave me great directions on how and where to send it, they called me when it arrived. I had lost 4 of my 6 prongs missing. They let me know about the repair, just how much it would cost . They called me when they sent it back and then also called to make sure it arrived in good shape! “I am so glad that other Jewelers weren't accepting new repairs before Christmas. I found the Bench Jeweler from Yelp reviews. So that's where we went, and we were so happy with their hospitality and their work. I had two rings to repair: a band with a few diamonds (one of which fell out); and a wedding, engagement set (with one of the tips to the main diamond damaged and catching). We took these in the Thursday before Christmas, 21 December 2023. Greg had other Christmas orders he was working on. But he and my husband starting pleasantly talking about his craft. Greg's daughter Talayna is awesome. She explained to me what needed to be done and then handed the rings to Greg for pricing. This shop is very reasonable. When Greg heard that we live in California, he determined to try to get these back to us the next day, since he'd be closed until 3 Jan 2024 after that. We were hopeful, but figured that might not happen. Then on Friday, Talayna phoned me to let me know that they were finished! Greg is a fine jeweler. Every tip on both rings were reinforced well, and the gold and diamonds were beyond sparkling. So beautiful. Greg did NOT charge any extra for a rush order; and, I am happy to have my wedding ring and my mother's wedding ring restored so well. What a great Christmas present. Thank you, Talayna and Greg!”
