“Like many REIs, this store was very similar in terms of presentation, organization, cleanliness and helpful staff. Everything at this location was immaculate and they were many staff members around to help answer questions that were friendly and welcoming. This location is only a single story, so not as big as other stores, But decent for the space that they have.
For those that do not know, REI is one of the big outdoor retailers for camping, hiking, backpacking, climbing etc. In general, they carry the most popular brands and also their own brand line. I find them to be on the more pricey side, But they often have good deals and sales which can bring prices down below where you can find everywhere else, including Amazon.”

“Great experience! We bought a toy rifle for our son as a reward for when he completed a chore chart. It took him a month, but he earned it! He was so excited till he figured out that it didn't work. We no longer had the receipt, but we went in to customer service anyway. Paula and Maxine were great! They let him swap it out with a new one which is working beautifully. That was above and beyond! He is so happy. Thanks for going the extra mile.”

“Great store and great service! I'm always surprised by the variety of items from sports equipment, shoes, hunting, fishing, apparel and games they carry. Pricing seems to be getting on the higher side but most everything is name brand and great quality. I subscribed to the daily deals so I keep an eye out and when a good deal pops up I snag it.”

“My wife's salesperson Nancy was lovely, sweet, personable, and attentive. It upset me to see her supervisor treat her with disrespect, which affected our wait time. The supervisor interrupted my wife and demanded Nancy stop in the middle of looking up a size for her to attend to another waiting customer. If her supervisor was actually concerned with the customers, she would have stepped up to attend to the other customer herself and let Nancy finish helping us. Instead, it felt like she was flexing power over Nancy, warranting me to, unfortunately, find time to write this negative review. Rude supervisor. The other aspects of this store were fine.”
“This is the best selection I’ve ever seen at a mall sports store, they have pretty much anything you need in almost every team in the NBA MLB and NFL, they have a nice men’s, women’s and kids sections and the staff is nice and helpful”
