“My canting adjustment main hinge broke on my ski boot, for just $20 per boot they were able to replace them. These ski boots were not new, so having a part that would work was a miracle in itself. The night before I called 8 different shops and Sports Den was 1 of 2 that said they may be able to help me. During the phone call, they asked questions to make sure they knew what I needed. Their line of questioning made it obvious to me that these guys were pros and knew their stuff, so I chose them. During my time in the shop, they were super helpful and even made two repair types to make sure they were making the best repair possible. There was no half-ass'n the fix, they took pride in doing it the best way possible. Plus during my wait I noticed other customer service representatives helping other customers, you could tell they all took pride in their work and were honest and helpful. Everyone explained things to the customer to make sure they made the most informed choice possible. I don't live in Utah and was just a skier in need, normally I wouldn't write a review but this shop impressed me. Solid job, thanks for getting me back on the slops without wasting money on new boots.”

Such as baseball gloves, baseball mits, and baseball bats. As well as cleats for all sports and not to forget baseballs, volleyballs, and basketballs. They also accept used sports equipment.”

“My wife's salesperson Nancy was lovely, sweet, personable, and attentive. It upset me to see her supervisor treat her with disrespect, which affected our wait time. The supervisor interrupted my wife and demanded Nancy stop in the middle of looking up a size for her to attend to another waiting customer. If her supervisor was actually concerned with the customers, she would have stepped up to attend to the other customer herself and let Nancy finish helping us. Instead, it felt like she was flexing power over Nancy, warranting me to, unfortunately, find time to write this negative review. Rude supervisor. The other aspects of this store were fine.”

“They worked with me to design a custom bike build over the course of several calls that i made, and made sure that the bike was well built and arrived well packed safely to me. A few days after i received the bike i traveled by road with the bike on a rack for about 1500 miles. My seat clamp came loose. I didn't loose the seat but did lose a bolt and holder. It was a spendy titanium part specific to my frame. And i ordered a new part through them... and to my surprise when it came in they covered it! i hadn't even asked. That's service. Really happy with these guys. Thanks be to God :)”
