“One of my favorite places to buy body products is Bath and Body Works !!!!!And this experience made my day!!!!It was Mother's Day weekend. I had ordered items online, and I came to pick it up. I thought this would be a long wait because of Mother's Day weekend, but to my surprise, it was awesome and quick. When I walked in, I was quickly greeted by a sales associate named Brandy with a beautiful smile she asked me how she could help me? I told her I needed to pick up some items I had ordered online and also needed to do an exchange. She immediately took care of it, and I was quickly on my way home!!!!I asked her to take her picture, and she said yes. I want to always thank sales associates who take the time to make the customer feel awesome when they come into their store!!!! The store smelled good and very neat and organized.
