Also, vacancies and the potential to be more vibrant with the right mix of food, retail and service-offering tenants. It's own interpretation of Highland Park Village wherein it does not lose it's village feel, but gains a little something.Good parking, clean and nice trees, bushes and benches.Curious to see how this evolves.
