“wanted to take the time and send this recognition for 2 partners that have completely gone out of their way to display great customer service! Both partners are out if the produce/deli department. Mike and Diana! I walked up to Mike and made, what I thought was a weird request. I asked for a smaller portion if penne pasta. He didn't dismiss me or simply said NO. he stopped what he was doing and went and asked. A very nice lady came out,Diana was her name. she explained what she could do and made it for me. I was so happy and thankful that she took the time to help me. I have visited many HEB's and by far, this location has been the cleanest, friendliest and they always have what I'm looking for! I commute from San Antonio daily to New Braunfels and this HEB is my daily stop to pick up my lunch. This HEB truly reflects what HEB says it stands for. This location is my favorite and with partners like Mike and Diana, I will only shop here! thanks Mike and Diana! Thanks for making my day and making me feel welcome!”
“Ok, so I'm from out of state, and we don't have grocery stores like this where I'm from. My biggest praise for HEB is that their sushi rolls are insanely good. Like, how does a grocery store offer some of the best sushi I've ever had?! Amazing.
Also, HEB's brands are better than the competitors, and cheaper to boot. I'm sold, HEB is the best.”
“I love this HEB! It is quaint and small. Everything I need is here and well organized and easy to find. Great selection of wine and beer. Bakery is kind of small but it's a small HEB so it's understandable. If I need pistachio cranberry bread, almond croissants, or cannoli the Lincoln heights store AKA (the gucci-B) isn't that far away.”

“All hebs seem to my needs . Usually well staffed to the point where its comfortable to shop and seek help with little to (usually) no assistsnce needed whatsoever. This is my neighborhood heb and it has bedn for close 10 years and i have no memories of a bad visit.
This store is a good example of why HEB flourishes in San Antonio.

“I came for some bread & left with a lot more than just...bread. *wink If I had to describe Central Market, I could do it in 3 words. This is the UPSCALE TRADER JOES. Maybe even Whole Foods on some level. Don't expect this to meet your expectations for your local HEB. It won't. That said, it's a classier, far more expensive supermarket...but the variety is OH MY GOD. Like other reviewers have stated, if you are looking for that ONE ingredient that seems impossible to find, you have a darn good chance at finding it here. Walking through the aisles, I could tell that Central Market carries QUALITY ingredients. There was many different "areas" depending on what you are looking for which made it easier to get what you need, but it was still nice to roam. We mainly came for their SOURDOUGH bread but unfortunately we didn't get the plain one. I LOVE that I finally found a place that carries ELLENOS yogurt (Marionberry is the best flavor, imo)...and I'll be back even if it's just for this particular item. All in all, I could spend a good two hours going from place to place in this market.”
“I just want to appreciate The Curbside Staff, they have all been very pleasant, smile on their face, quick to start a small convo to see how my day is, or plans for the holidays, as they load my trunk up My orders are complete, swift with my order.Today a young guy quickly loaded my order, and yet took the time to start a brief pleasant holiday convo. Would love the option in the App, to give compliment reviews for individuals after pick up.Excellent Customer Service isn't just about Goods, and Quick Service, it's also taking a brief moment to have a verbal interaction and allow the customer and the working staff to exchange appreciation for each other.Please share my compliments to the young man, for being such a great HEB employee, and such a sweet individual he is.Customers Remember - Nothing in this lifetime is always going to be 100% perfect, Not You, or anything else. “Very large and only getting bigger. While a tad overwhelming this store is stocked to the brim with rare finds and everything you'd need to host a dinner party full of celebrities. I don't think there's anything they don't have. Lol Merchants and cashiers are always kind and helpful especially Logan. I often get lost here and he always seems to find me and guide me in the right direction”

“My grandchild recently needed a nebulizer, during Christmas 2023. Rite Away Pharmacy came through. All the other larger pharmacies did not have it available or were closed. The staff (Pharmacist and Technician) were extremely helpful and friendly. My daughter stated they were awesome. Very disappointed as these big chain pharmacies could not meet our needs.”

“I like going to this CVS store. First, the are stocked up with a variety of Arizona Tea flavors. Those are the big cans of liquid refreshments for 99 cents. Secondly, CVS has four self service kiosks where you check the merchandise out by yourself and then you pay using a credit card or cash. ****However, there are some negatives. I like to use currency paper money and CVS has only one kiosk that takes both paper money and credit cards. All four machines take credit cards. Also, the 12 packs of Budweiser and Coors do not have the prices posted in the ice coolers. Overall, the store gets a top score because they offer pharmacy services and they print out pictures from your digital devices. Plus the pricing is affordable during the 2021 Fiesta week in downtown San Antonio, TX.”
“I was so impressed with this pharmacy! I needed copies of my vaccination record on short notice and they said I just needed to go to the pharmacy counter and request them. I did just that and they printed them on the spot for me. They saved the day!”
“They're ALL so helpful and understanding. We've had problems with our Dr s office take longer to get our orders done. So my daughter decided to call Davila and the lady was so helpful, by the next day we picked up my autistic granddaughter's order and had them deal & fix it with the Dr's office. “was diagnosed with prostate cancer, no pharmacy helped me, not even my HEB pharmacy because my hormone treatment medication was very expensive (co pay $700 for two medications) a month. Driving in desperation, I stopped by Express pharmacy and explained to my pharmacist. problem and he helped me, he is an Angel, he wrote me in a help program, my medication was 0 dollars. I moved all my medications to this pharmacy.”

They have such a wonderful variety of products, clothing food whatever you need and it’s always fresh and a great price as well as they have a CVS pharmacy a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut all in the store. I’m in a wheelchair so everything is very very convenient and the employees are so kind and friendly. “Pharmacist Alicia Campos at the Oak Park HEB is a treasure! Today, Sunday, I was alarmed that my blood pressure medicine was not working. I could not get hold of my physician, so I consulted the pharmacist on duty at our HEB. Alicia showed genuine concern for my anxiety and offered me excellent counsel. Hopefully, I will speak to my primary care physician on Monday, but Alicia's professionalism and kindness has been a God-send!”
