“Love this location. Always quick.
There are arrows that show you should pull in one way only. BUT people always come on the opposite way (against the arrows) I never notice employees say anything to those individuals. The one time I did that an employee comes to me telling me that I can’t do that. I explain to him that I’ve come here all the time and see people do this and I NEVER see them go up to them telling them that.. TBH I felt like because I was black something was said. As long as you’re not black it’s allowed.”

“I feel so lucky to have found Keller Pharmacy. I was prescribed a compounded Rx last year and went to a different pharmacy that was near the doctor's office. It was a horrible experience with long waits (up to a week) for refills and billing issues. I thought I was just going to have to stop my meds. Then I found Keller Pharmacy. They have the best staff!! They do same day refills, automatic refills, and the quality of the compound is much easier to use. The same prescription here costs 30% less than the previous pharmacy.”
“I absolutely love H-E-B. I'd say of the DFW metroplex, this location is the best. I came on a weekend night before Thanksgiving and shockingly I could find parking! Even though some of the shelves were getting bare, you could see staff busily restocking the shelves and helping people with any questions. It's well organized here and very neat despite the large volume. This is the place to get excellent seasoning/lard whether it's for bbq, tacos, or tamales. Get the pies here. Whether it's for a Thanksgiving meal or just a fatty time for yourself, you're in for a delightful treat.”

“This has been my pharmacy since 2006. The home town friendly drug store that has a good selection of items to browse if you are waiting. They do immunizations as well. It's great to have the same people that have known you for many years. I still get the same prices I would get if I did mail order instead. I prefer to give my business to the local town shops.”

“I wanted to to extend my appreciation and gratitude to the team and 2 pharmacists at the CVS Pharmacy in Westlake, TX. This pharmacy and team have been a critical part of my long-term care as I have undergone 3 spine services and multiple complications. Pharmacist Jeslie Kessenich has proactively contacted my Orthopedic Surgeon, Pain Management Physician, and PCP with a critical focus and vigilance about drug interactions given my complex medical history. My wife has appreciated her thoughtful calls back the several times I have been being discharged from the hospital to voice any concerns. Pharmacist Robert Gresham is the yin to Jeslie's yang as he goes out of his way to add warmth and humor when patients are at their worst or just in need of a smile to lend. He injects current knowledge about the drugs that patients are taking including information from recent peer reviewed articles. In one of my most recent visits he advised me about a transdermal patch and how the NSAID delivery method shouldn't interfere with my blood thinner (a concern I shared).
The team of pharmacy technicians, and the addition of Jeslie and Robert, remind me why I choose and trust the CVS Pharmacy in Westlake each visit.
