“I went into the southlake tom thumb location for a vaccine after I had a scheduled appointment at a different pharmacy, which did not have the vaccine in stock. The staff at Tom Thumb pharmacy was so incredibly helpful. They ran into a number of road blocks, but instead of having me call my doctor, insurance, and the previous pharmacy to work it out, they took care of it for me. They were all so very friendly. Being an uncomfortable 8 months pregnant, I really appreciated their help!”

“The place is huge and there really is a great variety of products.It seems to me that there is little staff in the recipes and prescriptions part.I brought my prescription for mouthwash and they told me to pick it up in an hour. An hour seemed like a long time to prepare a mouthwash. So I walked around the store and took the opportunity to buy other things and I got in that LONG Pick Up line that there is always and in 40 minutes my rinse was ready.”

“Southlake's secret small town pharmacy. I seriously hesitated to write this review- when you feel like you are their only customer you don't want the secret to get out! They have just about everything you need from a pharmacy, prescription wise, and they've helped me rather than make the process more complicated like the big brand stores in town. Real people who treat you like an actual person. If you haven't switched pharmacies yet, give them a call and you will wonder why you ever kept your Rx anywhere else.”
