“Claudia, the phlebotomist here is very considerate and great at taking blood. She runs the place solo and needs people to turn up on time so she doesn’t leave others waiting and delaying the schedule for the day.”

“My experience at recovery lab was amazing !I really wanted to try cryotherapy and they made this experience smooth. You can listen music and while you are doing your cryotherapy and times flies, I can assure you that you won’t feel cold at all if you focus in the music.They installation itself is clean and well distributed. The infrared sauna is a good experience and helps with stress and muscle inflammation. I will definitely come back again.thank you so much ✌?”

“Most of the time I have a very positive experience at ALTN. They have always worked with me when I got delayed slightly in traffic , and they don't seem to stack one appt. too close to the next. They have a good variety offering of tests. All in all a very positive experience. Wish they would offer more sales , but their pricing is certainly not out-of-line.”

“Although appointments are booked out pretty far for almost any location; I was able to snag one at 7 AM to weeks out. I arrived at around 6:45 AM and was the first patient seen at 7. (there was a short line of 4 people when they opened the door.) I usually have a lot of anxiety with getting my blood drawn and more often than not, I passed out. At this location it was super quick, efficient and painless. I was back in my car ready to leave at 7:12! thanks ladies.”
“Excellent service! Although I didn’t realize it , I walked in at closing time. The staff greeted me and were very kind even when they found out I didn’t have my orders! I felt welcome especially by the one employee at the front desk who searched for my Dr’s order and had to call the dr’s office! Again it was now past closing time but I was treated like it was midday. I was so impressed!”

“A friend recommend this place to me. Professional team, friendly employees. I called couple of the times to ask questions. Every staff who answered my phone is so patient and kind. In order to help me to board and making sure my test will be valid for my whole trip the owner took me as an exception and wait for me after working hours. JUST for HELP!Thank you so much for everyone’s help ! Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a lab or covid test for travel. They have rapid PCR test and you will get the rest within 4 hours. Very responsible! Helpful! Reasonable price ! Give you result on time!”
“Valeria is fabulous!! I am a very very hard stick and have been ill and not able to keep anything down including water.. I let her know this and she was Very caring and worked on finding a vein … she was able to do a 1 stick and got blood!! This is very rare even on a good day!! Please please keep her at the Far West location!! As long as she’s there… I will keep coming back! Thank you ?”
“Easiest blood draw ever- didn’t feel a thing!
A student from ACC called me back at first to draw my blood, but when she couldn’t feel my vein she felt comfortable enough to ask for help which made me feel at ease.
My orders were also faxed over from my doctor’s office, but they weren’t in the computer yet. The phlebotomist actually took the time to manually enter the orders so I could get my labs done since I had been fasting ??
I came in right at 8:30am, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes.”
“I’ve been to this location a few times. Even though it seems slow (waited about 30 minutes for my appointment), the staff is great and you can tell they enjoy working together. Christine was awesome and so friendly!”

The manager. Was able to poke me only one time to get 8 tubes of blood.
Very clean facilities and equipment.
Both lobotomist are very friendly.
I will only go to the Reblin Ranch location off of 2222.”
“Amongst the negative experiences I had a more positive one which is what compelled me to write this review. I arrived early as was requested in my testing email (definitely don’t be late, they have a strict time schedule to follow so they won’t let you in). The parking lot is for a shopping plaza so parking near the right entrance proved to be a bit difficult. All of the people working were very kind and guided me and other test takers through the process. I was nervous due to the bad experiences but things went smoothly. One test taker was sent home due to their phone going off during the test so definitely just leave it in your car to not risk it. During the test, other workers would walk in and out of the room so that was definitely distracting.As far as the exam went the proctors did their best to observe everyone, 6 testers/ 1 proctor. Go in prepared and ready to take your test (set yourself up for success). While testing I realized some of my supplies were missing (for 3 sections!) but I went through the motions to still get points. When all was said and done they handed us our test results as we walked out the door and I am grateful to have passed.”
