You can listen music and while you are doing your cryotherapy and times flies, I can assure you that you won’t feel cold at all if you focus in the music.They installation itself is clean and well distributed. “Very quick! I called to see the wait time for a walk in and they answered almost instantly. They said 20-25 min wait, but it was only about 10 minutes for a walk in. The lady who drew my blood did amazing zero pain (I hate needles) and talked to me to help distract me. I was in and out before I even realized. It also felt very clean. Next time I have to get my blood draw. I will definitely come back. Thank you! Oh and the results came back same day!”

Of course as a walk in you wait a little but the wait is very manageable. Remember to be nice to the front desk staff and your phlebotomist, they're doing their best.”

Small acts go a long way, like greeting people with eye contact when they walk in. They were efficient and kind. I’d encourage people to go to this spot even if it’s a little out of their way.”

“Urdanka is the most amazing phlebotomist. As someone who has to have labs frequently, I'm still...and always will be...get nervous prior to draws. Urdanka knows me, calms me, and successfully gets vials with barely leaving a mark on my arm. I've had several horrible experiences before; multiple attempted jabs, bruise the size of an orange, etc. (including at an oncologist's office!). Using CPL is also very convenient. They don't take appointments, so just walk in. All of my physicians can send orders to one place, so its "one stop shopping" so-to-speak. The read return times are also record fast. And, CPL recently created a "patient" portal that provides easy access to your results without having to be contacted by your doctor. To address a few comments/complaints some others have made: Yes, there is usually only one person in the office. If that person is with a person they are not able to answer the phone. I advice employing a little patience. Someone will pick up. Simply call back. After using this location for almost five years, I have NEVER seen more than two other people waiting...never. I have never spent longer than 20 minutes from start to finish. Color me perplexed. As a [unfortunate] "regular," I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“Amongst the negative experiences I had a more positive one which is what compelled me to write this review. I arrived early as was requested in my testing email (definitely don’t be late, they have a strict time schedule to follow so they won’t let you in). The parking lot is for a shopping plaza so parking near the right entrance proved to be a bit difficult. All of the people working were very kind and guided me and other test takers through the process. I was nervous due to the bad experiences but things went smoothly. One test taker was sent home due to their phone going off during the test so definitely just leave it in your car to not risk it. During the test, other workers would walk in and out of the room so that was definitely distracting.As far as the exam went the proctors did their best to observe everyone, 6 testers/ 1 proctor. Go in prepared and ready to take your test (set yourself up for success). While testing I realized some of my supplies were missing (for 3 sections!) but I went through the motions to still get points. When all was said and done they handed us our test results as we walked out the door and I am grateful to have passed.”

“Be prepared to wait a long time after you check in, when I finally went to the back area for the tech to draw my blood, the station I was in was not properly stocked. And I still have a bruise from where they drew my blood.”

“I was referred to Dr. Aubrechtova by Dr. Kim after I suffered a massive stroke.It took a while to get an appointment, but it was worth the wait. She is great. I was really impressed by how much time she took explaining to me all the ins and outs of the meds I am on, why I am on them, and some of the strange sensations I have been having. It brought me a lot of comfort to finally have explanations. I also got diagnosed with migraine and began treatment for that.She has a really great demeanor and accessible way of explaining things. And she helped me get my meds refilled before my insurance changed with the new year.”

She was polite and so friendly. The business was clean and I got in there so quick both times. It’s right by my job and I’ve gone on my lunch breaks and it’s been so quick. I’m so thankful!
