He was super knowledgeable and showed me my battery options. He did not try to upsell me which was a refreshing surprise. He also quickly installed the battery and ensured it was working. The battery installation was free! I was very pleased and now know that I don't have to go to an auto repair shop to get a battery with labor and a premium built into the price. Hopefully, I won't need a battery again soon but if I do, I will come back to O'Reilly.”

“I specifically entered O’Riley to request the help of a manager. (thinking he would have the experience and knowledge to assist me)
I was kindly greeted by a young man Jose as soon as I entered the store, so I asked him to come out so I can show him what I needed to repair; some paint and scratches on my truck that someone was nice enough to leave me.
Jose observed closely at the damage and described the remedy. He directed me into store and he knew exactly where each product was located, he was familiar with the inventory, knowledge of the use of each product.
Today it’s not often we find young individuals that are poised, respectful and confident. (most often the opposite)
Jose is one of those few young men that are far and few between. Jose had respect, great mannerisms, candor, and most of all knowledgeable. These are the employees O’Riley needs to train and promote into management opportunities.

I traveled to Austin on a special assignment for God 4 hours away from Home. My battery gave out and I called this branch and Ricardo picked up. The customer service industry is performing way below standard since Covid and when I say Ricardo was Amazing that is what he embodied. He was thorough and being very tight on money he even informed of the shop that could install the battery. I am not from here but he even went over to the mechanic shop, checked the pricing for me came back and got on the phone and informed me of what to do. Who even does this type of stuff anymore. I know Jesus is all in this young mans heart. Ricardo if Oreily doesn’t promote you from field to Corporate nationwide trainer, gone head pack your bags because the promotion God has for you the world needs to see a living example of what hospitality, and caring for His people heart really is. You don’t even know how your demonstration has touched my heart and is a reminder to myself to go above and beyond for Gods people. Promote Him if not God sure will take him and use him for a even bigger training purpose. “There was this person named Anthony who helped me. I wasn't able to go to the store and I asked my mom if she could help me. I spoke to Anthony and let her know that she was on the way. My phone just needed the screen to be reattached. Anthony was extremely nice to my mother and helped me without charge. He really saved me from the fire because later on that day I had an interview and the address and zoom hyperlink were in my text messages. The only way I would be able to retrieve that information is to fix my phone. He really helped me out when I needed it. Anthony thank you I really do appreciate you being nice to my mom and helping me.”
