“I needed a new battery and O'Reilly was recommended to me. The store associate, Totong, assisted me. He was super knowledgeable and showed me my battery options. He did not try to upsell me which was a refreshing surprise. He also quickly installed the battery and ensured it was working. The battery installation was free! I was very pleased and now know that I don't have to go to an auto repair shop to get a battery with labor and a premium built into the price. Hopefully, I won't need a battery again soon but if I do, I will come back to O'Reilly.”

We went by O'Reilly Auto Parts in Austin on Lamar Blvd and they were very helpful! They came out and were able to tell us it was safe to drive back to SA. “This store is great. I ordered two pricey batteries for a kids electric truck online and forgot to apply a discount code. I placed a second order with the code. Figured I’d cancel the first order when I picked up the batteries. The staff beat me to it. Realized what had happened and proactively canceled the more expensive order. Once I was in the store they made recommendations on how to get the most out of the batteries. Really appreciate all their help. Oh and they took all my old batteries that I had been collecting to recycle.”
