They were also honest before accepting my jewelry that due to the way it was made (by a different jeweler than them) the problem might occur again if I’m not extra careful with the ring. I appreciated their honesty. I chose to get it fixed anyway and they were really fast and affordable too. I took it in on a Thursday and it was ready that next Monday. I highly recommend. ?”
