They have done a great job on multiple watches for me in the past. Twins Jewelers is a local family owned and operated business. While the store doesn't look as elegant as a large chain store you'd find in a mall, you will receive personalized attention here, quality work and enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere. I like that I'm treated as a person rather than a number. Repair work is done on site rather than shipped off to who knows where. Twins Jewelers does offer a broad selection of jewelry for sale and also does custom work. If they do not have what you want in stock they can order it or make it.
