Love the app for entry/exit & security into your own bldg/unit. We accidentally turned in the lock we’d purchased and Collin kept it for us to come back and pick up. Very nice.”

“It's just a big old storage place that's been there forever and a day. The couple of office ladies seem very nice. Got a good deal on my storage unit. If you go online you can get some pretty good deals. I like that you can toss your trash out in the dumpster and that there's a port-a-potty also on the property. Over 100 camera's watch over the property also.”
“Since the current staff has take. Over there has been a huge improvement. The onsite staff is extremely helpful and great to interact with. She is always happy and helpful”

“I've used quite a few Uhaul locations in Houston and this store is by far the best I've been to! I didn't realize my new car didn't have the wiring for the trailer lights installed when I came to pick up my trailer. Kathy did everything in her power to help me get the lights kit I needed including checking if other uhaul stores had it in stock, calling each store to verify if they had it, and even helping me get in touch with an aftermarket dealer when no other stores had it available. She went above and beyond and was extremely helpful with the whole reservation process. In addition every other employee I interacted with demonstrated excellent customer service. If you want a stress free interaction with booking your uhaul, this location is the place!”
