“Cannot recommend this place enough - very honest business. I dropped my car off to have the A/C looked at. They called me and told me that they hadn’t found a leak in my A/C, but refilled the refrigerant and added dye so that if I continued to have issues they could better identify a leak. When I picked up my car, I found a huge dent in the side and no note. Benson’s was able to pull their security footage to identify the other customer who had hit me and contacted them to facilitate the exchange of insurance info. I’ve told all my friends and family to come here due to their above and beyond customer service.”

“From the very beginning, i knew Kaferhaus was the right choice. I asked my local facebook groups for recommendations on who to go to with my minicooper, which had been in disrepair for nearly a year. An overwhelming number of people came to the comments to rave about the service at Kaferhaus. I was apprehensive with my expectations because, let's be honest- mechanics are not always easy to trust. I think that's what puts these folks a step above the rest.From the moment i first spoke to Lynn on the phone, i knew this place was special. We were laughing and joking within minutes, and i had forgotten all about the headache i had been anticipating for months. I felt like family, because that's exactly how i was treated. Communication was open, clear, and definitive. At no point was i left guessing about what was going on with my mini. At no point did they leave me hanging, waiting who knows how long for parts to come in; something of a norm for other shops in our area. Every day i received a phonecall with updates. Every day, i was asked for consent to fix the issues that were discovered. Every day, i felt like i was heard, understood, and respected. I even laughed as i reviewed my itemized bill, expecting it to be a much higher amount, "that's it? Where's the rest? Did i get a discount?" Friendly faces all around, confirming that my bill was whole and accurate. What a deal!!I will recommend Kaferhaus to anyone and everyone who asks.
