“I'm new to auto repair places. I believe that communications with the new customers should be better than what I received. I was told it would be $99 to check out the problem on my vehicle. It actually was $105. The checkout charge was in fact $99.99 or $100 PLUS $5 for shop supplies. I don't understand shop supplies for plugging into the body computer on my vehicle.I can understand "Shop Supplies" for any repair where they are used. BUT, customers should be told ahead of pick up time of these charges. The check out charges are $105 and this is what should be told to customers.Then there is a call back when the vehicle was completed diagnosis. I waited until after 4PM to receive a call. I called Sun Automotive to determine if my vehicle was diagnosised and was ready to be picked up.So 4 stars due to lack of proper communications with a new customer.”

“Had a tapping sound in front left wheel took it to one mechanic place they told me it was a lower ball joint that needed replacing. Said it was going to be close to $2000. Took it here and had them take a look turns out it was just a loose wheel they tightened all the wheels no charge and now no sound!!! Prefectly fine! Always get a second opinion!!Service: Tires”

After a quick look they were able to tell me that the issue should still be under warranty and even took the time to find that there was a recall for the issue. They suggested I take it to the dealer so as not to void the warranty. Was totally surprised how much they helped me out; I will definitely be returning for any auto repair needs!”

At a wiring issue they worked on it for a couple days had resolved the problem and they did not charge me. I did have another repair and when the bill came it was very reasonable. “Good under the radar place in League City to take your car. Small shop, but he seems to know what he’s doing. Charged me a small amount to fabricate a bolt that caused a loose car seat. Other places I took it wanted a lot more for a new seat. So glad this guy was honest and figured out he could repair it instead; as not all these places are as honest.”
