“I have had a wonderful experience at this facility! When renting out my unit I accidentally rented two units because of a mistake that happened when filling out the form. I reached out via the bot on the app and from there the people from the office contacted me. I spoke with someone later in the day and they were able to resolve my issue right away! When going to see the unit for the first time I went right inside the office and spoke with Omar who showed me where my unit was and how to access it. I really appreciate all the help the staff has been able to provide. Even on my move out the process has been extremely smooth and Omar is very helpful and responds quickly about any of the problems I’ve had. The move out process was easy and fast. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!”

“When I needed storage I called Centex and got Barbara. She then directed me to Spare foot for discounted prices and reservations. She is awesome blossom and a sweet person. Then I decided to upgrade to a 10x10. No problem. She and Centex are well worth it. Sparefoot as well. I'm so grateful for all three plus the use of the bathroom and the candy bowl full of gummies and jellybellys plus the last working staple. ? And don't forget the guy who I wouldn't let in that works there... Cuz those are the rules. Sweet man.”
“When I first stopped in, I needed a few packing boxes and had a pleasant interaction. Then I needed to store some things. I did check pricing online and went to these guys and no extra fees or charges so I rented a 10x10 climate controlled unit. I thought I might have things in there for a few months or maybe a year. Nearly five years later I just moved out. The climate control was working every single time I went by, which I did regularly, I never saw any varmints running around, and the staff was always great to interact with. There was only one minor rise in cost, $5 per month, after being there about 4 years, so no games or getting jerked around. While I hope I don't need storage again, if I do then this is the only place I want to deal with. If I need U-haul services I'll go to them first.”

I didn't want to pay a monthly fee to have my possessions stored and decided to purchase a few freight containers instead. The owner, Charles met me at his lot and I was able to view and open several containers. There was a good selection of units to choose from and Charles explained the pricing for each a well as how much room would be needed for delivery. His drivers artived on time and positioned the containers perfectly. His prices were extremely competitive and Charles was a pleasure to work with.”
