“Pretty decent rates for fully enclosed boat/RV storage. Owner is nice but has obviously been burned in the past and is extra cautious now. I would give the place 5 stars except that it could really use better maintenance, like keeping the grass mowed and pest control. Often times the grass is overgrown and makes it hard to get the storage doors open and there is animal droppings in the unit pretty often so we know there is a problem with that. Otherwise its a pretty straight forward storage place.”
