“Very impressive business. Very organized and CLEAN lobby. The staff is great and friendly. I brought in my own TPMS sensors, nervous they would decline to replace them but there was no questions asked! Great people and I appreciate how approachable they were! There’s even a convenient place to do work on my laptop! That seems like a minor detail but I’m not used to that at tire shops. Very cool

“I’ve been here several times with a love and leave it feeling; every time! They’ve come through on a pinch on several occasions and left them on others when i wasn’t so much in a tight spot. They’ve been reasonable with their prices most of the time. The work is pretty decent. What I appreciate most of these guys is that they’re willing to try to fix what other shops would recommend replacing.”

“Very impressed with this place, Will was very helpful and diligent. Everyone is very competent in what they do and they fixed my exhaust problem very quickly in less than 20 minutes for more than fair pricing. My exhaust was making a rattling sound that was really annoying to hear and I was previously quoted much more than what I ended up paying here because the previous mechanic thought the problem was the catalytic converter when it turned out to be the resonater.
I will now come here for any service, repair, or upgrade that I need and is offered at this shop.”
“I made an appointment with Hank to have my front end aligned as another tire place told me I needed. Rather than just doing the alignment, he checked & found that it wasn’t the problem. Instead, he showed me that I had knots on 2 of my tires. I had suspected that, but since a “professional” told me otherwise, I ignored my suspicions. “The Quick Lane is a great place to have you car serviced. I make a reservation using their webpage to schedule a time that works well for me. Their service advisors are extremely helpful. You can even pick your advisor online if you have one you are comfortable with. Blayke and Jonathan do a great job and are very helpful with getting all your work requests done. Southwest Ford also sends out regularly coupons for services as well that are helpful. The Works oil change is usually $59.95, which includes rotating the tires, topping off the fluids, testing the battery, checking belts/hoses, and checking tire pressure. They always have washed my vehicle as well before returning it. It usually takes about 45-60 minutes, unless they are real busy. They also have a courtesy vehicle to take you home or to work if needed. I have used SW Ford for a long time and have been consistently taken care of. I appreciate their commitment to customer service.”

“I really love this place. I wanted a specific type of rim they didn't have in stock, home boy sat on the website and helped me pick and order the rims I wanted. They showed up two days later and wrapped em in some 35's, and even cut some of my wheel well plastic they rubbed against. I bring both our trucks here for rims and tires, I can't say enough good things about these guys!”
